Usage rules
Usage rules and our independence notice
Terms for reading this fieldbook: no ticket sales, no booking desk, no warranty on the weather, Ontario law, and a clear statement of non-affiliation.
By reading cn-tower-tickets.ca you are reading an independent family handbook written by Maren Kowalski and Devon Patel. You are not entering a contract of carriage, a ticket purchase, a table reservation, or a guided tour. We do not sell admission to the harbourfront tower. We do not take bookings. We do not handle payments, and we have no facility to do any of those things.
Our notes are observational and seasonal. Weather changes, prices change, closure notices change, and a lift can be held between the morning you read this and the afternoon you arrive. You remain responsible for confirming hours, availability, access rules, and safety requirements with the operator before you travel. Nothing here is a promise that the lake will be visible at a particular hour, or that a Saturday line will be short because we described it as sometimes short.
Product names, floor numbers, and the official website belong to the operator. We use plain descriptions — main lookout, glass floor, upper pod, revolving dining room, ledge walk — precisely so that we are not pretending to be their voice. References to the 553-metre structure, the 346-metre main ring, and the 351-metre dining room are editorial shorthand drawn from public material, not a claim of authority.
What you may do
You may read, bookmark, print a page for the fridge, and share a link with another parent. You may quote a short passage with credit. You may not copy the site wholesale, republish it under another name, or feed these pages into a commercial resale funnel. You may not imply that we endorse a ticket vendor, a tour operator, or a restaurant booking service. We do not.
Liability
To the extent Ontario law permits, we are not liable for a wasted add-on, a missed train, a held ledge walk, a closed terrace, a foggy dining reservation, or a day the harbour decided to hide. We did not take your money and we did not run the elevator. We wrote down how the place behaves with children in tow. Use it as a method rather than a guarantee.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute would be heard by Ontario courts in Toronto. We would still rather you sent an email first. We may update these rules as the site changes. The essential line does not change: this is a family fieldbook, not a box office, and we are not affiliated with the tower or its management.
